His and Her First Shakes are bound to put smiles on their faces.
You can shake, rattle and sing out your favorite holiday jingle for the little ones for the first, yep and maybe even through their 7th year if you are lucky or gifted and they will indeed smile and enjoy the performance. You may even get requests for encores. But don’t quit your day job. One day, when you are unpacking the ornaments and start to shake, rattle and sing you will suddenly get a new and unfamiliar response; that look of true and deep concern. Don’t worry,the signs will be unmistakable. Then and only then you will know that it is time to “hang it up”. Go then and gently place the shake onto the tree and fondly remember their “First Christmas”.
