Blackstone’s first owners opened their storefront at 46 Charles Street July 1982.  Our awarding winning store has become an established and well-known business frequented by Boston locals and visitors alike for more than 25 years. Online purchases can be made with Visa or Master Card only. American Express is accepted in-store and for phoned orders.  

 

Return Policy for Online Purchases

Sometimes, no matter how well we've packed it, somebody decides to put a forklift through it. Sometimes, it turns out that you've gotten the wrong item. We understand. We're happy to make things right. Please help us make it easier by following our return policy.
 
We want you to be happy with your purchase. We will gladly exchange or issue a store credit for any merchandise returned in salable condition accompanied by a receipt within 14 days.  Please note that food items are non-returnable. Custom / special order items are not eligible for return or exchange.
 
Return for damage in shipping. All orders are handled and packaged to ensure their safe and sound arrival. If your package is received with obvious external damage, please refuse shipment unopened citing damage. This will ensure immediate replacement of your order. If, upon opening your package, you find the contents damaged, please keep all of the original packaging and notify us immediately via email (blackstones@blackstonesbeaconhill.com) and telephone (617) 227-4646.  Please report any items received damaged within 10 business days of receipt. We're sorry, but we cannot be responsible for damage reported after that time.
 

Gift Returns for Online Purchases

Gifts can be returned just like any other purchase – for exchange or store credit – if they are accompanied by a gift receipt or if we can look up the purchase with the original purchaser's last name.

 

Email Updates

If you have entered your email with your contact information, when your order ships we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your order.

 

Delivery Time

Items that are in stock will be shipped next day after receiving your order (Monday - Friday). If an item needs to be special ordered we will call and email you with an anticipated delivery time and request your approval before processing your order. All items are shipped ground or standard delivery. If you need rush delivery on an item, please call us for a quote 617 (227)-4646.

 

Gift Wrap

Classically simple and appropriate for all occasions, your gift selections will be wrapped in eco-friendly kraft brown boxes and tied with our elegant satin ribbon in our signature green with gold lettering. Our gift wrap is offered as a service to you at your request for at no additional charge.

 

When purchasing a gift on line you will have the opportunity during check out to select the gift wrap option and to write a note to be included on a gift tag. If your gift is being sent to a different address then your other online purchases, you will need to purchase it separately. We can only ship to one address per order. When sending a gift directly to the recipient, we will send the receipt to you. No price information will be included with the gift.

 

Sales Tax

All orders being shipped to addresses in Massachusetts will be charged 6.25% sales tax (excludes clothing valued at $175 or less and food).
