Blackstone's of Beacon Hill and www.blackstonesbeaconhill.com operate as separate entities and therefore, offer customers two unique shopping experiences. As a result, our customer service and return policies for both must be tailored to fit their respective customers.
In-store returns and exchanges are possible with original receipt within 30 days of the date of purchase. Online purchases may be similarly returned within 30 days from the date you received your order. All seasonal, discounted and food items are final sale as well as all special-order items.
Non-defective items can only be returned or exchanged if they have not been used. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Defective items may be returned for full refund or exchange.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:
For non-defective merchandise: Please return your item to us with a copy of our Return Authorization Form. Please repack the item in the original packaging used for shipping. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and returns do not include prepaid shipping.
For defective merchandise: Please contact us at 617-227-4646 between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday, to report receipt of a damaged item. We will arrange for pick-up and either refund or send a replacement.
